The Bromeliad or Vriesia is perfect to decorate your terrace or balcony. The Bromeliad and Vriesia are tropical species and therefore cannot endure frost. After mid-May you can place the Bromeliad or Vriesia outside. We advise you to fence the plants in or bring them back inside at night during the first weeks. Keep the Bromeliad or Vriesia in a shady place.
