Order assistance:
 
a) While shopping on our site you select the articles you wish to order, you can choose a plant from a General grouping e.g. Cambria. By clicking on the photo of the desired plant you will be re-directed to the detail page for this plant.

b) You can find more information on the item detail page about the selected item, additional accessories that can be ordered, and the order button.

Pot plants are generally delivered in a plastic pot, you may order matching ceramic pots separately as an accessory.
Bouquets are generally delivered in special glass vases.
Arrangements such as the Vanda are delivered in an appropriate decorative vase.


c) If you also wish to order an accessory click on the box.

d) Order the item and eventual accessories by clicking on the “order item” button.

e) You see the contents of your shopping cart, this is step 1 of the order/check-out process, you may continue shopping or complete the order/check-out process and order/ purchase the contents of your shopping cart. The order/check-out process is described below. If you wish to order more items just continue shopping by choosing a heading and further selecting a plant from the subgroups. To return to your shopping cart, click on the “My shopping-cart” button.

Please complete the following steps to place your order.

Step 1: Shopping-cart contents
This contains an overview of the items you have selected. To change the amount click on "Revise amount".
To remove one item, click on the "trash-can icon".
Continue on to step 2.

Step 2: Address information
Full in your address and the delivery address to which the item(s) must be sent. The fields with an asterisk (*) are obligatory.
In the “Add message” field you can type a message that we will print on a card, which will be added to the plant or bouquet to be delivered. e enjoy keeping you informed about our new products; if you would rather not receive these mailings, please un- check the “Please inform me of new products” box.
If you would like the items to be delivered to another address, please un-check the box “Delivery address is the same as invoicing address” and then fill in the delivery address. The fields with an asterisk (*) are obligatory. After checking the “I agree with the terms ad conditions ” box, you may continue to step 3.

Step 3: Choose payment method
Payments are handled by Multipay. You may choose to pay via Credit card (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard) or a one- time direct debit (Incasso).
Check the Multipay box and continue on to step 4.

Business clients may also pay on account, please contact us for further information about this option.

Step 4: Summary of your order
Here you will find a summary of the items selected and information entered. If all information entered is correct then click on the "Continue to Multipay" button to pay for and to submit your order. Warning screen:
You will now be directed to the Multipay site to safely transact your payment. Paying by Multipay is done via a secure connection.
The information exchanged on this page cannot be seen on anyone else on the Internet. If you agree, click on the "Continue to Multipay" button.

Step 5: Paying for your order
You can choose between a credit card payment and a one- time debit of your account.
Enter your information and click on continue. If the transaction is successful you will see the message: “Thank- you for your order”.

The delivery time for most countries is 2 to 3 working days, unforeseen circumstances notwithstanding (for more information see “customer service” and “General conditions”).
